Saturday 1st May 2010 see’s the first Incredible Edible promotional event – Ramsbottom Ramson Day.

It is an event to celebrate the local Ramson plant which grows wild in the surrounding area. Activities will include – giving away samples of the plant for people to grow at home, recipe sheet suggestions, samples of food made using the plant and much more

Look out for special Ramson recipes in the cafes around Ramsbottom throughout the day
