To put it simply, I love The Vineyard. Quite often I’ve wandered in and asked Stuart his advice on what to try and he’s always come up with the goods! Particularly good are their wine tasting sessions, recommend checking one of those out at the earliest possible convenience!

The Vineyard has to be one of my favorite destinations in the Village, a FANTASTIC COLLECTION of wines and beers and knowlegable staff too!… even tasters if you time it right!

On times I’ve visited the Vineyard Stuart has always displayed the epitome of good service. He can shift from uber-knowledgable to very approachable to those with less understanding on wine. The Vineyard is a format many also follow in other towns and city’s. None I have visited have the choice, encyclopedic understanding and approachability of The Vineayard

I used to shop with Stuart when he had his shop in Brandleholme and now in Ramsbottom. If you tell him what you like in taste he will find you a known or unknown quality wine.
Why go to Threshers etc with the service knowing nothing about what they are selling?
The Vineyard is the finest wine shop for miles around.
